CUSTOMER PERSONA PROJECT
This project presents two potential customer personas based on the provided data. Each persona is characterized by their overarching traits, objectives, and obstacles that are relevant to their respective target audience.

CONSTANT CONTACT PROJECT
This project comprises a roster of contacts imported from a spreadsheet containing contact information. A new custom field has been created to indicate age range, ensuring that the column headers in the spreadsheet match the corresponding field names. Moreover, an email list has been renamed to facilitate the identification of contacts, and a three-list segment has been established based on people's locations.

PERFORMANCE GOAL PROJECT
The scope of this project encompasses various metrics, such as conversion rates and click-through rates, that are crucial for achieving the dual objectives of enhancing revenue and boosting conversion and click-through rates. The project sets out specific targets for increasing either conversion or click-through rates, taking into account industry benchmarks and Q3 performance data. Each performance goal is designed to be realistically achievable.

COMPETIVE ANALYSIS PROJECT
The scope of this project is to compile a roster of three companies that specialize in selling environmentally friendly bath towels and other associated merchandise. The list will feature the website URLs for each of the three competitors, along with a comprehensive overview of the product line of each company, as well as a brief summary of their respective background stories.

WEBPAGE TITLES PROJECT
This project entails showcasing the website URL and content of a page that features a selection of premium specialty foods, particularly highlighting the Founder's hand-crafted cheeses, including their smoked cheddar. The meta description is carefully crafted to flow naturally and accurately reflect the contents of the page. The title of the page appropriately aligns with the URL and content, which is centered around recipes. The business name is also mentioned and its primary product focus is described.
