SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR PROJECT

HOOTSUITE PROJECT

Each tweet will be limited to 280 characters and will revolve around a topic related to your personal life. In addition, the tweets will include one or two relevant hashtags and a website link that supports the text of the tweet. You may also include images, GIFs, videos from the Hootsuite media library, your device, or an associated article to enhance your tweets.

BRAND VOICE PROJECT

Additionally, the response should provide resources that help answer any questions or concerns the customer may have, with the aim of continuing the conversation or asking related questions. The use of creative language and exclamation marks can help make the response more engaging. The response should also include information to explain the situation and share a promotional code that can help make things right. Throughout the response, the language should be polite and approachable, and show empathy for the customer's perspective.
